Some of our work

  • Luxury Food Omnichannel Retailer

The brand was struggling to balance short-term concerns and a renegotiation of their 3PL contract with longer-term growth and fulfilment strategy. They were also looking to find significant savings in their supply chain to help improve profitability.

Total savings of £3.5m were identified as ‘quick wins’ with over 20 further opportunities identified for cost savings. A renegotiation strategy to significantly improve 3PL performance was agreed and the in-house team was upskilled to implement it ahead of the key Festive peak.

  • Luxury Swimwear Brand

An established global luxury wholesale brand looking to relaunch post-Covid and expand into D2C.

We provided broad advisory services covering merchandising, new wholesale accounts and finance. In addition, we supported the website launch, providing clarity on launch strategy, logistics and CRM.

With the website now live, we are supporting the Brand to evaluate performance and invest accordingly in its growth.

  • LUXURY WHOLESALE AND D2C FOOTWEAR BRAND

A growing brand who were struggling with supply chain complexities post Brexit. The brand were sourcing and manufacturing in the EU and then shipping globally out of the UK. They needed advice on the different options available to them to meet the challenge of servicing customers in both EU and UK markets. They also needed some specific advice on customs challenges with moving goods cross border.

  • Start-Up Streetwear Rental Brand

An early-stage start-up who had no in-house logistics expertise and needed some help to understand and negotiate a contract with their 3PL. Full contract review and benchmarking was completed. Contract and service areas that would impact future strategy and growth were clearly identified and discussed with the client.

After evaluation, we agreed a short-term approach with the 3PL and provided a negotiation strategy and alternative providers for the client to use in due course (post funding rounds).
