Fix the operational issues
holding your business back.
We help retail and e-commerce leaders identify and fix the real issues driving cost, service problems and constant firefighting, so your operation can run smoothly and support growth.
If it feels harder to run than it should, it usually is.
Stock feels unpredictable, the warehouse is constantly under pressure, and fulfilment issues keep resurfacing. Costs continue to rise without clear explanation, partners lack consistency, and despite everyone being busy, progress stalls. What looks like a series of separate problems is often the result of one underlying issue.
Most operational problems are symptoms, not causes.
Businesses tend to fix what’s most visible: a delay, a system issue, a partner problem. But these are usually connected symptoms of deeper issues in how the operation is structured and run.
Fixing them in isolation doesn’t solve the problem. It just shifts the pressure somewhere else. You don’t need to fix everything. You need to find and fix the root cause.
We work with COOs, CFOs, and Heads of Operations, as well as supply chain leaders and founder-led retail brands where operations are limiting growth.
This is where Londra works.
We help retail and e-commerce businesses identify the root causes of operational pressure and focus on what matters most. Through clear prioritisation and practical implementation, we restore stability and performance.

Meet the Founder
Becky has led supply-chain teams for high-growth omnichannel retailers across fast fashion, luxury, beauty, homeware and food. She’s worked with D2C, dropship, concession and rental models in domestic and international markets, including Arcadia, ASOS, Dunelm and MatchesFashion, covering the UK, US, China and EU.
She’s designed and delivered supply-chain strategies for network design, 3PL selection/renegotiation, organisational design, cost reduction and service optimisation, using a data-led, customer-first approach to drive turnarounds and improve costs and service.
Experienced in managing 3PLs, carriers and freight partners, Becky has led RFPs to implementation and negotiated complex contracts. She also specialises in cross-border trade, bonded facilities and duty optimisation, having managed high-value flows and established an RGR network to maximise duty efficiency for EU-bound goods via a UK warehouse.
